In this role, you could join an area such as Gastroenterology, Neurology, Radiology, Surgery, Orthopedics, Endocrinology, Cardiovascular Medicine, Psychiatry & Psychology, the Office of Clinical Trials, and many others. We have multiple schedules and shifts dependent upon position availability to fit your individual needs. Positions may vary in FTE, from supplemental to full-time. Some positions may also be temporary (less than one year) or limited tenure status (1-2 years in duration) and may have the possibility of turning into a regular position. • Coordinate non-therapeutic (i.e. minimal risk, survey, chart review) clinical research protocols with direction from the principal investigator and/or supervisor in compliance with regulatory laws and institutional guidelines. May assist in complex studies with direction but does not have overall responsibility for these studies.
• Screen, enroll, and recruit research participants.
• Coordinate schedules and monitor research activities and subject participation.
• Recognize adverse events, protocol deviations, and other unanticipated problems and reports appropriately.
• Collect, abstract, and enter research data.
• Perform administrative and regulatory duties related to the study as assigned.

  • HS Diploma with at least 3 years experience in the clinical setting or related experience, including competency in Outlook, Excel, and Epic
  • Associates degree or completion of a college Diploma or Certificate Program with at least 1-year experience in the clinical setting or related experience, including competency in Outlook, Excel, and Epic
  • Bachelors degree, healthcare or science related field preferredAdditional qualifications
    • Graduate or diploma from a study coordinator training program is preferred
    • One year clinical research experience preferred
    • Medical terminology course preferred*Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
