Job Description:
Prime HealthCare Staffing is currently seeking OT - SNF for
positions in Rochester, MN The ideal candidate will possess a
current MN license. This is a OT position in the Kindred Hospital
Unit. You must have Nursing License and at least 2 years of recent
SNF US nursing experience as a OT - SNF
Requirements
-- Current Updated Resume
-- Nursing License per state
-- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
-- 2 current clinical references
-- Physical (within 12 months)
-- TB skin test (within 12 months)
-- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
-- Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months)
-- Current - Tdap/Flu vaccinations
-- Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
