Job Description:

Community Business Development Relationship Manager U.S. Bank is seeking a Community Business Development Relationship Manager who will work on a team within our Community Banking department and will partner with Trust Officers, Portfolio Managers, and support associates within the wealth team. You will have the opportunity to develop and grow business and truly have an impact on the success of this market! How you'll spend your time: - Builds relationships with potential and/or existing clients to develop new business and increase or retain relationships with current clients. - Actively networks in community to identify and capitalize on new business development opportunities. - Develops and retains client relationships for Personal Trust area in Community Banking. - Manages relationship with clients to ensure clients' financial needs are met and exceeded. - Provides expert financial advice and counsel to clients and prospective clients especially in the areas of personal trust, private banking, and investments. - Presents alternative solutions for a variety of complex business situations. - Manages investment / non-irrevocable trust relationships, ensuring client objectives are met and are consistent with governing documents and fiduciary administration principles. - Analyzes economic and industry market trends to identify potential business opportunities and high-risk situations. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Three to five years of experience in Personal Trust banking industry Preferred Skills/Experience - Strong personal trust relationship management, lending, and new business development/sales skills - Thorough knowledge of personal trust products and services - Basic knowledge of private banking, investment and other U.S. Bancorp products and services - Strong knowledge of fiduciary services - Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills - Ability to make critical decisions independently - Previous involvement in financial planning activities Relationship Management Minnesota-MN-Rochester 1st - Daytime
