• Oversee plant operations for efficiency, safety, and performance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage maintenance via the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Maintain compliance with SQF and HACCP standards.
• Coordinate with R&D, production, and quality teams to ensure product quality.
• Manage documentation to meet regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop and oversee budgets efficiently.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of plant management experience in dairy or food processing industries.
• Experience with SOPs, CMMS, SQF, and HACCP standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem-solving and results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Budget and resource management experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of industry regulations.
