The Packaging Manager has 24-hour, multiple shift accountability for the capability and business results of a production line. They combine leadership and people skills to set short- and long-term direction for their teams and production lines.Duties and ResponsibilitiesLeads Line Structure Team to achieve the facilities' Compelling Business Need goals and objectivesOwns the Clean/Inspect/Lubricate (CIL) and Incident Elimination Daily Management SystemsOwns Daily Direction Setting (DDS) and the 24-hour plan for their lineOwns Weekly Direction Setting and Monthly Direction Setting processesLeads the execution of 90 Day Plans to eliminate losses using toolsProvides on-the-floor coaching of equipment owners in the following areas: DMS Execution, Loss Elimination, Improvement, Skill Development, Technical MasteryProvides coaching to Team Leaders and Team Members in the Shift Direction Setting ProcessOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, Engineering or other relevant field of study preferredStrong leadership skills and proven ability to mentor/coach large teams to successExcellent verbal and written communicationStrong presentation skillsStrong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel and PPTStrong influential leader, able to identify and procure necessary resources to drive daily goals and objectivesCity Brewery is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all applicants will be considered without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, or disability status.PIace073da940c-25660-37596672
