Think Bank has an opportunity for an experienced leader for the role of Senior Vice President of Business Banking. We take a straightforward and simple approach to banking, striving to provide a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers.As the Senior Vice President of Business Banking, you will be a key member of Thinks leadership team contributing to the success and growth of the Business Banking portfolio. You will collaborate with organizational leaders to set the bank's strategic direction. Leading the Business Banking function, you will ensure that your teams have the resources needed to achieve our strategic initiatives. You will champion and cultivate strong integration of Thinks products and services to carry out Thinks mission and positively impact the financial wellbeing of Thinks customers.As a leader and coach, you will develop and maintain a customer-oriented team of Business Advisors focused on providing financial care to business customers through the thoughtful recommendation of appropriate products and services. You will encourage and motivate your employees to deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining focus and energy to achieve Thinks strategic goals.Using positive interpersonal and communication skills you will be an active member of the local business community participating in events and developing relationships to maintain a strong community presence while representing Think.Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field 10 years of experience in commercial/business banking 5 years experience managing business banking managers and/or teams preferredThink's open culture empowers employees to provide the best financial care to customers every single day.
