Posted on March 17, 2021 Executive Director of Northeast Iowa Mental Health Center in beautiful Decorah, Iowa.-- Northeast Iowa Mental Health Center is a private, nonprofit agency providing Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder treatment for residents of a 5 county area in northeast Iowa. Position requires a Master's Degree in Business, Social Work, Behavioral Health or related field. Five years of leadership experience and a background in Behavioral Health required. Executive Director supervises and implements policies and procedures to ensure compliance with standards and provision of quality services. Comfortable advocating in the public and private sector for issues relevant to the behavioral health field. Able to collaborate with other service providers and state entities. Use creativity to develop innovative programs in response to changes in the behavioral health field. Competitive salary and benefits, including health insurance, dental, and vacation/sick leave.
