As the Director of Nursing (DON), this position is responsible for the overall clinical operations of the Hospice agency. Key responsibilities involve budgetary, management, leading the activities of the nursing team, providing clinical direction, and ensuring compliant growth and profitability of the agency. Our candidate will possess the ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality levels consistent with Heartlands professional standards and goals. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have recent hospice clinical leadership/management or supervisory experience Minimum of one 91) year of experience in providing hospice nursing Associates degree; BSN degree preferred Valid RN license in good standing with the State Board in which he/she practices Only candidates with appropriate experience will be considered.
