We’re looking for a hands?on Assembler with mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic. If you enjoy building things from the ground up and want to grow your skills in hydraulics and wiring, this is an excellent opportunity. Position Overview As an Assembler , you will perform start?to?finish electro?mechanical assembly of aircraft parts using blueprints, schematics, hand tools, and power tools. You’ll also receive on?the?job training to perform hydraulic work and point?to?point wiring , expanding your capabilities in aviation manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Assemble aircraft parts and floats using blueprints and schematics Perform electro-mechanical assembly from start to finish Use hand and power tools to complete daily tasks Conduct hydraulic work and point?to?point wiring after training Operate rivet guns and drill presses as part of the assembly process Essential Skills & Experience 6 months of experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, or related mechanical work Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 3 months of experience using a tape measure 1 year of experience working with power tools Additional Qualifications Comfortable and proficient with hand tools Basic understanding of mechanical assembly techniques Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or in a small team Work Environment Clean, well-organized shop environment Noise levels may vary due to tool use Provided PPE: safety glasses, ear plugs, and additional safety gear Work alongside a partner or independently depending on project needs Why You’ll Love Working Here Comprehensive hands-on training in hydraulics and wiring Supportive team-focused culture Safe, structured, and growth-oriented workplace Opportunity to gain highly valuable experience in the aviation manufacturing industry Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Inver Grove Heights, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
