Position Summary As a General Production Worker, you will be
responsible for winding, taping, and insulating coils used in
stators for motors and generators. This role requires precision,
attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed
specifications to ensure proper electrical insulation and product
quality. You will prepare and apply insulation materials, utilize
hand and power tools, and complete daily and weekly TPM activities
while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
The position operates under normal supervision and requires a high
level of consistency and quality output. Key Responsibilities Wind,
tape, and insulate coils for stators used in motors and generators
Prepare insulation materials according to specifications and work
instructions Follow established methods, procedures, and
engineering specifications Use hand tools and power tools to cut,
shape, and install insulation components Apply insulation materials
such as slot liners, phase paper, wedges, and tapes Perform daily
and weekly TPM tasks accurately and consistently Inspect insulation
work to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications Maintain
accurate documentation of materials used and work completed
Collaborate with winding and hookup teams to ensure smooth workflow
and quality output Perform additional duties as assigned by the
supervisor within the same or lower salary grade Essential Skills &
Experience General labor and production experience Assembly
experience in a manufacturing environment Mechanical production
knowledge Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
Preferred Skills & Qualifications Ability to read and interpret
blueprints, insulation diagrams, and work instructions Experience
ensuring proper fit and alignment of insulation to prevent
electrical shorts and mechanical wear Proficiency in using hand
tools and specialized equipment Strong quality inspection skills
Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
Experience keeping a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Approximately 5,000 hours of experience to reach full proficiency
(training provided) Work Environment Hands?on manufacturing setting
Frequent use of hand and power tools Focus on precision, quality,

out of North Mankato, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this
