We’re seeking a Lathe Machinist to join our high-performance team. In this role, you’ll program, set up, and operate Mori Seiki CNC lathes to produce precision components that meet exacting standards. Your expertise in blueprint interpretation and machining will ensure every job is executed with precision and reliability. What You’ll Do ? Program CNC lathes for diverse machining tasks Set up and operate CNC lathes to deliver precision parts Read and interpret blueprints to guarantee accuracy Select correct materials based on job requirements ? Choose between: Four 10-hour days or Five 8-hour days Start times range from 12 PM to 4 PM , giving you control over your schedule while still contributing to high-impact projects. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Menomonie, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00/yr. medical, dental, vision 401K Match 11 paid holidays machining training/schooling Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Menomonie,WI.
