You will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with Production Associates, Engineering Technicians, and other Manufacturing Engineers as well as leadership and other key stakeholders.We know you will make a difference at Marvin, and that's why we're investing in you from day one with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, extensive benefits package, and $5,000 for relocation costs.Highlights of your roleWork closely with cross-functional teams.Gain an understanding of the daily challenges on the production floor.Support specific Product Groups in meeting their goals.Use Engineering principles and CI tools to establish current state and develop future state plans.Identify and implement continuous improvement (CI) and LEAN concepts.Maintain a future state roadmap for capital project proposals.Execute on a rolling 12-month operating plan.Support projects and equipment acquisition.Exhibit knowledge of layout planning, work procedures, cost impacts, crewing guidelines, and takt time impact for support initiatives.You're a good fit if you haveBS degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial or ManufacturingManufacturing or Industrial Engineering experience preferredA proven ability to communicate well with others and ask insightful questionsAbility to use or learn AutoCAD and InventorAbility to participate on, and lead, cross-functional teamsKnowledge of manufacturing principals, procedures, and technologyAbility and willingness to mentor others in the use of Engineering principalsProject Management experienceSalary Pay Range: $62,317 $83,090Your opportunity for better livingAt Marvin, we're driven to imagine and create better ways of living.
