Join Dahl Automotive as a Diesel Technician! - Enjoy all that our state-of-the-art shop has to offer, including a bright, well-lit work area, top notch tools and equipment, and a fun and energetic work environment! - As a Technician, you have the opportunity for growth and certification! - You also choose if you want to work four 10-hour shifts, or five 8-hour shifts, and you can be paid hourly or flat rate. - We care about your success and will work with you to achieve your goals! - -Receive company-paid training to maintain your certification. - Earn $40,000-$85,000+ based on performance, certification and productivity! - -Responsibilities* Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
* Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
* Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
* Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed.
* Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
