active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these

students across multiple grade levels including Early Childhood,
Elementary, Middle, and High School. The position is contract-based
and located in Burnsville, MN, providing a chance to make a

Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy services tailored to
students developmental and educational needs. Collaborate with
educators and staff to develop and implement individualized
treatment plans. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions
to promote success in academic and physical activities. Maintain
detailed documentation and communicate effectively with families
and school personnel. Support inclusion efforts by facilitating
student participation in school activities and environments.
Desired Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist with experience
in school-based settings. Familiarity with early childhood,
elementary, middle, and high school populations. Ability to work
collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team.
Strong communication and organizational skills. Commitment to
fostering student growth and development in a school environment.
