A dedicated Paraprofessional is needed to support classroom activities and assist educators in delivering quality education in a school setting located in Eden Prairie, MN. This contract position offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to student success by providing instructional support and fostering a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist classroom teachers with instructional tasks and classroom management. Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts. Help prepare educational materials and maintain a safe, organized classroom. Observe and report student progress and behavior to appropriate staff. Assist with supervision during recess, lunch, and other non-instructional times. Collaborate with teachers and staff to accommodate various learning needs. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Previous experience working as a paraprofessional or in an educational support role preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents. Patience, flexibility, and a genuine interest in supporting student learning. Ability to follow instructions and implement lesson plans under teacher guidance. Basic knowledge of educational techniques and classroom technology is a plus. Relevant paraprofessional certification or educational coursework is advantageous.
