Responsibilities

-Provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service

-Knowledge and experience in personalized and innovative learning

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Leading the charge for continued professional development

-Led daily operations of our 6th-12th grade building

-Analysis of data for the purpose of shaping instruction

-Development of Secondary School courses and programs

-Development of Secondary School building master class schedules

-Staff hiring, supervision, and evaluation

-Management of various building budgets

Qualifications

A valid Minnesota K-12 Principal license is required.

Administrative experience is preferred.

Compensation

Regionally competitive salary and benefits package.

225 Day Contract
