As an experienced and industrial sand mining company, we are eager to meet hard-working, dedicated, and fun individuals. We are currently looking for a Loader Operator to join our night shift Mining & Equipment team. The starting pay is $24.00 plus a $1.00 shift differential for working on night shift. The Loader Operator operates a variety of heavy equipment and trucks used in supplying the plant with materials as needed. Essential Job Duties Loads haul trucks, feeds wet and dry plants efficiently, keeps work area clean, roads smooth, and understands what material is being fed to plants. Operates haul trucks of various sizes in all locations on site. Operates trucks and construction or power equipment, such as dump truck, snowplow, telehandler and skid steers. Operates water tanker and similar equipment for dust control and dirt compaction. Performs routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refers defects or repairs to the supervisor. Uses hand-held mobile radio units to coordinate tasks and resources. Performs all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards. Demonstrates constant commitment to safety, professional behavior, and environmental considerations. Works cooperatively to comply with facility-wide environmental and quality management systems. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record Check (MVR). Must possess a valid WI driver license. Pre-employment physical must result in medical clearance to wear a respirator. Previous experience driving a haul truck strongly preferred. Good judgment is required. Must be adaptable and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. MSHA training and experience is also a plus. This position is eligible for benefits!
