Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt (Overtime Eligible) Before You Apply –
Please Read To be successful in this role, you MUST : Be a team
player above all else. Drive a hook truck and load your own salt as
part of your daily responsibilities. Be willing to take on other
duties as needed. Have a CDL A or B (preferred, but not required).

What You’ll Do: Operate salt trucks to ensure safe road and surface
conditions. Drive a hook truck and load your own salt during
operations. Take on additional responsibilities as needed. Be
on-call during snow events (nights, weekends, holidays). Log
service times and materials in our CRM. Perform preventative
maintenance and keep equipment clean. Work safely in tough winter
conditions while meeting timelines. What We’re Looking For: ?? Team
Player First and Foremost ?? Reliable, steady, and able to work in
extreme weather ?? Able to lift 50 lbs. (80 lbs. with help) ??
Valid driver’s license and clean record ( CDL A or B preferred ) ??
Strong communicator and problem-solver Schedule: ? On-call during
winter weather events (October – April) Ready to Join the Team?
