Description Background Stonebridge Communities is looking for reliable, trustworthy, and hard-working individuals to join their team for the summer season of 2026 . The open positions are in the Twin Cities area. Job Duties include but are not limited to: Painting and drywall Clean and maintain community’s curb appeal. Carpentry Landscaping and landscaping activities Clean and maintain common areas and community rooms. Monitoring maintenance tools and equipment, daily. Take out and swap dumpsters and recycling containers as needed. Assist with install and move appliances as needed. Adhere to site and company health, safety, federal, state and OSHA regulations Assist Maintenance team with daily tasks. Assist with tasks associated with preparing apartments for move-ins. Clean, monitor and maintain pool deck daily. Other duties as assigned by Management. Qualifications High School Education A valid Driver’s license. General Labor, landscaping and light maintenance experience preferred. Ability to perform manual labor Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (cold, heat, wet, humid) Ability to walk and stand for an extended period Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Good written and verbal communication skills
