Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Assistant to join the team at Black Swan Living in Rochester, MN! The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for creating and executing marketing plans that successfully increase brand awareness and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to execute plans quickly and efficiently. Compensation:



--- Salary Range: $42,000- $50,000

Responsibilities:
--- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns for real estate properties.
--- Monitor and track the performance of digital marketing campaigns to ensure effectiveness and maximize ROI.
--- Coordinate with other relevant departments to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
--- Create and maintain social media accounts for real estate properties.
--- Generate regular reports on digital campaigns to track performance and measure success.

Qualifications:
--- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field strongly preferred
--- 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field preferred
--- Strong writing and communication skills
--- Experience in event planning and execution
--- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
--- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
--- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
--- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus
--- Ability to learn new as well as teach others cloud-based software programs including CRM systems, project management systems, Google Drive, all top social media platforms, etc. -
--- Strong attention to detail
--- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
--- Creative problem-solving skills
