Because of this growth, Pritchard's is looking for high-quality talent to join the team.Accounting Support Specialist, Pritchard Commercial TrucksThe Accounting Support Specialist position is responsible for timely and accurate management of tasks related to customer accounts and completing the processes to close deals within the guidelines of the fleet/commercial division.Reports to: Reports directly to the Sales Support ManagerResponsibilities:

• Process payments and vehicle payoffs
• Vehicle tracking
• Deal processing
• Accounts receivable and payable
• Maintain and update fleet computer database
• Communicate with customers and vendors
• Audit inquiries and reconcile reports
• Invoicing and collections(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)Ideal Skills & Experience:
  • Valid Drivers license
  • 2-yr Associates degree or experience commensurate
  • Previous fleet sales or automotive sales experience a plus
  • Some mathematical abilities required
  • Must be able to sit up to 90% of the day
